Many areas of my life are affected by the image of the Extremely Thin Female:

In Yoga, the idea of my body as a temple where at its center is your Hara: what you put in determines the purity of the consciousness, less is more, quality over quantity.

I love the image of the waif, the runway models who are extremely thin; they have this air of purity, a lightness of being, a grace.

I have also been involved with a significant other who is obsessed by extremely thin women, especially Asian females who generally have very small bone structures; sometimes I wish I could have been that small.
